Protective Herbal Soup


To make the soup, first prepare:

A pan with 0.5 g Butter (or vegetable oil) to sauté the following ingredients:

1 Leek sliced across to make rings

2 Potatoes chopped to bite sizes

1/2 a Garlic

1 Large White Mushroom chopped up

Stir as you pour in Milk

Add some fresh Basil leaves

Sprinkle in Rosemary & Mint

Add Cucumber chopped up, gently stir.

And all done!

(This makes a comforting creamy soup, add water if you prefer to thin it down).

Enjoy with crunchy black pepper and garlic bread.
